SOME PROBLEMS IN MHD PIPE FLOW.

Abstract

The methods of boundary layer theory are systematically applied in order to obtain information about the distribution of flow in a cross section. Although the work is based on incompressible flow it is believed that the essential differences found between insulator and electrode boundarylayers is a general feature of all magnetohydrodynamic channel flows.
