Abstract

This report presents tables of all-pass rational-fraction transfer functions that approximate a time delay tau to within an error E for frequencies omega such that 0 < omega tau < k. The coefficients are optimized to maximize the bandwidth, k, given the order n of the transfer function and the error E.
