THE COORDINATE-DOPPLER METHOD OF WIND OBSERVATION.
Abstract
The paper deals with a new rawin method which differs from those used earlier in that it permits measurement of both the mean wind speed and the turbulence parameters at various levels. The errors of the method are evaluated and a block diagram of the apparatus is described. (Author)
