INPUT OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER.

Abstract

An input operational amplifier, used as the source for a sample and hold circuit is described. The amplifier operates in the frequency band 0 to 1000 c/s. The output voltage range is 0V to +6V. The amplifier has one -6V reference input and three signal inputs, each centered around 0 volts. The gains from signal inputs 1, 2 and 3 to the output are -1, -3 and -10 times, respectively. Overall accuracy is 8 plus or minus 0.5 bits, with 8 bits corresponding to 6 volts. (Author)
