300 WATT PORTABLE THERMOELECTRIC GENERATOR.

Abstract

A complete generator system was assembled and tested. Test results demonstrate that the basic design is sound in that all system components function properly. The test results show: the hermetic seal lacks the required reliability; the system, excluding fuel, is 3 pounds too heavy; and the fuel consumption is 15% too high to meet the requirements of 35 pounds system weight including fuel for 8 hours for operation.
