INVESTIGATION ON ELASTICITY AND PLASTICITY (COLLECTION OF ARTICLES).

Abstract

In the collection there are published investigations carried out in the department of theory of elasticity of the mathematics department of Leningrad University. Published articles pertain to questions of theory of plasticity, two and three-dimensional problems of theory of elasticity, statics and vibrations of thin shells, problems on destruction of solid bodies, optical methods of investigation of stresses, experimental investigations of stresses and strains in metals, bimetalic objects, and anisotropic laminar plastics. The collection is intended for scientists and engineers studying problems of strength. (Author)
