Abstract

5,249 CAPACITORS ARE NOW ON 85C Life Test. All the Group B and D tests are in progress. With only one failure recorded, a total of 8.8 x 10 to the 6th power unit hours of 85C life test was accumulated. At 60% confidence, this represents a 0.025% per 1000 hours failure rate.
