WELDING OF TEFLON AND OTHER ORGANIC MATERIALS,

Abstract

A method is described for localizing the effect of ionizing radiation when welding polymeric materials with thermal neutrons. The method is based on the treatment of the surfaces to be welded with compounds of boron and lithium.
