HEAT TRANSFER TO THE SURFACE OF GAS TURBINE BLADES,

Abstract

The article studies heat transfer to the surface of gas turbine blades on the basis of experimental data for a nonstationary blade temperature field obtained by the authors during experimental investigation of various transient regimes of an operating gas turbine engine. According to the authors the literature hitherto contained no data on the coefficients of heat transfer to blades under actual gas-turbine operating conditions. (Author)
