VARIATIONAL PRINCIPLE FOR THE ENERGY OF QUASISTATIONARY STATES,

Abstract

The variational principle for the complex energy of the quasistationary states is formulated for the simplest case of zero angular momentum Schrodinger equation. Application of the variational principle to the perturbation theory and the numerical calculations for the particular case are given. (Author)
