DEVELOPMENT OF A READER FOR MINIATURE CONDENSOR IONIZATION CHAMBERS.

Abstract

Tissue-equivalent condenser ion chambers of small size were constructed for use in studies of phantoms irradiated with gamma rays and neutrons. An instrument was designed, constructed, and tested that will measure the chamber discharge with high detectability, which is important in the conduct of experiments at long distances from neutron and gamma-ray sources.
