Abstract
Progress of work in the following areas is reported: temperature dependence electron-cation recombination in N2-Ne mixtures; attachment and detachment in CO2-O2 mixtures and in pure water vapor; elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections for electrons in pure oxygen.
