MODULES (INTEGRATED CIRCUITS) FOR COMMUNICATIONS.

Abstract

Two integrated circuits were evaluated, the Philco PA-713 and the RCA TA-5112. The final design selected for the Lin-Log 60-megacycle IF amplifier was a synchronously tuned amplifier using the successive detection and summation technique with a delay line and using the RCA TA-5112 integrated circuit in a differential configuration as the basis for the design.
