BIOPHYSICS OF BONE.

Abstract

Techniques have been developed for microradiography at high resolution of thin biological specimens. Cameras utilizing monochromatic and polychromatic ultrasoft X-rays are described. Equipment for low angle X-ray diffraction studies of biological material with monochromatic X-rays is described. The techniques mentioned have been applied to the study of biophysics of bone.
