EVALUATION OF ARTIFICIAL-MODIFICATION EFFICIENCY FROM THE POLARIZATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ECHO SIGNAL.
Abstract
The use of the polarization method is discussed as one of the criteria for evaluatng the effectiveness of (cloud) modification. There is a brief outline of a method suitable for a radar with one movable antenna, and some results of measurements made during artificial modifications are given. (Author)
