ON THE INTEGRATION OF COUPLED NONLINEAR EQUATIONS IN BOUNDARY LAYER THEORY WITH SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO HEAT TRANSFER NEAR THE STAGNATION POINT IN THREE-DIMENSIONAL FLOW,

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to indicate the accuracy of the asymptotic method in solving systems of nonlinear differential equations in contrast to the methods that deal with a single equation. Also, a ready comparison with corresponding numerical solutions is made by considering a general three-dimensional flow of a viscous incompressible fluid in the vicinity of a stagnation point on a regular surface.
