COOLED AND UNCOOLED VARACTORS FOR PARAMP APPLICATIONS

Abstract

A discussion of the properties needed to obtain high-quality varactors is presented. Test data are also presented on state-of-the-art varactors as they are cooled from room temperature (290K) to liquid helium temperature A(4.2K).
