SMALL ECCENTRICITY AND THE RESTRICTED PROBLEM OF THREE BODIES.
Abstract
The author's previous work on the convergence of the Poincare-von Zeipel procedure is modified to apply to problems involving small eccentricity. The results are applied to the restricted problem of three bodies. (Author)
