CONCERNING THE POSSIBILITY OF THERMAL SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IN SEMICONDUCTORS,

Abstract

The possibility of the existence of an undamped energy flux in a two-band system with pairing is demonstrated. The Landau criterion is proven for superfluidity in the case of crystal periodicity. The superfluid motion is stable with respect to transfer process and scattering on impurities.
