COST-ESTIMATING RELATIONSHIPS FOR AIRCRAFT AIRFRAMES,

Abstract

The memorandum presents a set of generalized cost-estimating relationships for estimating development and production costs of aircraft airframes. It provides estimating equations for the following cost elements: initial and sustaining engineering, development support, flight test operations, tooling provision and sustaining tooling, manufacturing labor and material, and quality control.
