MILESTONE REPORTING, MANAGEMENT BY EXCEPTION.
Abstract
The program allows the Marine Engineering Laboratory management to monitor progress made in its Technical Assignments by providing an exception report of milestones missed. From this 'exception' type report, management may focus its attention on those particular projects which may require corrective action or assistance. (Author)
