EFFECT OF HIGH DOSES OF GAMMA RAYS OF CO60 ON POTATO STARCH,

Abstract

Experimental data are presented on high dosage irradiation of potato starch using Co60. Doses up to 94 Mrad were used and dissociation products were analyzed. Free radicals were found to exist for extended periods in irradiated potato starch. (Author)
