RESPONSE SURFACE DESIGNS FOR FACTORS AT TWO AND FOUR LEVELS.

Abstract

In a previous paper, AD-634 771, the authors considered the construction of response surface designs for situations where p factors could be examined at two levels and q factors could be examined at three levels. These designs consisted of portions of the corresponding 2(p)3(q) factorial designs. In this paper they extend the construction method to situations where p factors are at two, and q factors are at four levels.
