CREEP IN THE PRESENCE OF A LINE LOAD ON THE BOUNDARY OF AN INFINITE HALF-SPACE.

Abstract

The plane strain problem of the creep of a semi-infinite solid subjected to a slanted line load on its horizontal boundary is considered in the present report. Closed form solutions are derived for creep stresses and displacements. (Author)
