Abstract
Five papers are presented on work performed under the Foundational Research Program: Dimensionally dependent plasma resonance absorption of InSb in a microwave field; Spectra of Pr(3+) in LaF3 and PrF3 from 25 to 75/cm; Transmittance and reflectance of infrared optical materials from 2 to 50 microns; Tunneling currents across a barrier between thin superconducting films; VLF transmitting dipole.
