BIPOLAR NEGATIVE RESISTANCE FROM METAL-OXIDE-METAL STRCUTURES.

Abstract

Results of an effort to fabricate a practical metal-oxide-metal negative resistance device (termed an assistor) are reported. No such device was forthcoming, and it si concluded that thin-film techniques seen to be the ultimate answer to the problem.
