ACADEMIC GRADES IN PRIMARY FLIGHT TRAINING AS PREDICTORS OF FLIGHT SUCCESS.

Abstract

Academic grades received during primary training were evaluated as predictors of success in naval aviation training. It was found that the addition of primary academic grades to the present prediction system resulted in a significant increase in predictive effectiveness. (Author)
