Abstract

Progress is reported of continuing process evaluation test, analyzing data on tests completed, reviewing the electrical paramerter correlation problem on the Third Engineering Sample, preparing Group B Inspection data for the Preproduction Sample, modifying test circuits for power stress tests, preparing sockets required for the Lot Acceptance Test of Production devices, updating the SP1882H specification, preparing for the Discriminant Analysis Test and Large Scale Reliability Test.
