CONTACTLESS SIGNAL SWITCH.

Abstract

The contactless switch device contains a shift register in ferrite-diode units. It permits the switching of signals from various transmitters of information to a single communications channel. In the switching device, semi-conducting diodes are switched under a system using a counter switching primary coil of the impulse transformer. This transforms the alternating continuous signals into a pulse train of amplitude-modulated impulses and simultaneously switches them concurrently to one of the potential outlets of each information transmitter.
