Abstract
This report presents the solutions for the minimum fuel transfers between coaxial ellipses, both coplanar and noncoplanar. These problems are unusual in that the optimal solutions can be obtained analytically. This report merely presents some of the results that have been obtained; the derivations and proofs have been omitted. (Author)
