GEOMAGNETIC SURVEYS, 1953-1965

Abstract

Since 1953, the U. S. Naval Oceanographic Office has conducted geomagnetic surveys over various ocean areas of the world. Information on survey locations, dates, navigational control, track patters, data format, and availability of geomagnetic technical reports, charts, and other publications is presented.
