ON THE PROPAGATION OF STRONG RADIOWAVES IN THE IONOSPHERE.

Abstract

Propagation in the lower ionosphere of very strong radiowaves whose field strengths considerably exceed any characteristic plasma field is considered. Formulas are deduced for the change in amplitude of the field intensity as a function of penetration into the weakly ionized plasma. (Author)
