Abstract

This compendium is based on in-house and commercial literature on the following types of converters: Shaft to digital (contact and noncontact), Analog to digital, Digital to analog, Synchro to digital, Digital to synchro, Voice to digital. Major functional, electrical, and physical characteristics of the converters are described.
