ANALYSIS OF PROCESSES OF ROLE CHANGE; A PROPOSED CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK.

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is two-fold. First, to summarize and bring together some of the theoretical considerations which have come up in the course of the present research project in connection with problems of role structure, role behaviour and role crystallization. Second, to formulate a framework for the systematic analysis of processes of role-change, as suggested by and derived from these considerations.
