OPERANT CONDITIONING OF SPONTANEOUS GSRS: TWO UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS.

Abstract

Two attempts to operantly condition spontaneous GSRs are described. In the first, a dim light was used as reinforcement and in the second, nickels. In neither case was there any indication of conditioning. The procedure and results of these studies are discussed in reference to recent positive findings of other investigators working in this area. (Author)
