COMPUTER TECHNIQUES FOR ANALYSIS OF ATMOSPHERIC REFRACTIVITY.

Abstract

Computer techniques were developed for the analysis of refractive variations in the atmosphere. By using such an analysis it is often possible to reduce or to eliminate completely the radiosonde measurements that would ordinarily be required to determine atmospheric refractivities. Program listings are provided and an illustration of an actual analysis is included. (Author)
