BUSHING CAVITATION AND PRESSURE PULSATION IN THE DRAFT TUBE OF A TURBINE.
Abstract
An investigation was made of the connection of pressure pulsations in the draft tube of a radial-axial turbine with the presence in the tube of bushing cavitation, i.e., cavitation concentrated near the bushing of the runner of a turbine and spreading to the draft tube.
