NONLINEAR TRAVELING WAVE TUBE ANALYSIS WITH TWO SIGNAL FREQUENCIES.

Abstract

The mutual nonlinear distortion of two simultaneous signals in a TWT is theoretically investigated. It is shown that minimum phase distortion occurs at a low beam voltage while minimum amplitude distortion occurs at a high beam voltage. The mutual distortion dominated over the self distortion.
