APPLICATION OF COMPUTERS TO RF CIRCUIT DESIGN.

Abstract

This is the final report for a one-year study program on the application of digital computer techniques for RF amplifiers. In this study, y-parameters of typical transistors are measured. Gain and input-output admittances are computed for iterative transmission, and a variable PI-network is used for high frequency compensation. Results of the study are provided by transistor curves, and in tabulated computer output. (Author)
