PARAMETRIC COUPLING BETWEEN ION AND ELECTRON WAVES.

Abstract

Parametric coupling between ion and electron waves are studied by means of coupled mode theory. The coupling coefficients are determined. A numerical example is given and the gain is calculated. (Author)
