A STUDY OF SYNTHETIC FIBER CLOTH VARIABLES, ACCELERATED WEATHERING VARIABLES AND THEIR INTERACTION.

Abstract

An investigation was made to determine the effect of moisture on rate of strength deterioration from accelerated weathering and the effect that synthetic fiber cloth variables have on this deterioration. Data from XW accelerated weathering exposures of 50,100 and 150 hours on Type 330, Type 380, and NOMEX nylon are given in this progress report. (Author)
