TRAINING OF ORDNANCE GUIDED MISSILE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the feasibility of directing the training of Ordnance guided missile repairmen specifically to the maintenance requirements imposed by the missile equipment. The report deals with the development and evaluation of an experimental training program based upon the requirements of the maintenance job. (Author)
