INTERFERENCE MEASUREMENT OF HOMOGENEITY OF RUBY RESONATOR FOR THE LASER.

Abstract

The report describes experience with interference control of the homogeneity of ruby stick (resonator) for laser. An Askenia IG 140 interferometer was used in the arrangement of the Michelson interferometer with the use of lines 6438 A Cd and 6328 A He-Ne lasers. (Author)
