IMPULSE MASS SPECTROMETER FOR STUDYING HIGHVELOCITY PHENOMENA IN LOW-PRESSURE GASES AND NONSTATIONARY PLASMA.
Abstract
Impuls spectrometry methods effectively facilitate the study of high-velocity phenomena in various fields of scientific research - in electronics, plasma physics, chemical kinetics, and vacuum technology. Equipment was developed which permits analysis of phenomena in neutral gas as well as in plasma over a wide range of pressures, plasma concentration, and life spans of the effects studied. (Author)
