DIELECTRIC LOSSES SITUATED IN AN IONIZING RADIATION FIELD.

Abstract

The article discusses the relaxation polarization at the effect of ionizing radiation of low intensity, when the irreversible changes in the dielectric can be disregarded. It is shown, that the appearance of 'hot' molecules on account of radiation energy absorption, may lead to acceleration as well as to slow down of dielectric relaxations, and also to an increase or decrease of dielectric losses.
