PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR IMPROVED RELIABILITY OF SOLID ELECTROLYTE TANTALUM CAPACITORS.

Abstract

New manufacture and testing of the 5.6 microfarad-35 V and 33 microfarad-35 V ratings were authorized during this period. The remaining seven ratings reached the 6000-hr readout point. Readings from a preselected statistically randomized sample are presented. (Author)
