TUNED INTEGRATED CIRCUITS.

Abstract

The purpose of the contract is to investigate tuning devices and physical phenomena which could lead to stable frequency selective silicon integrated circuits over the range from 150 kHz to 150 MHz. This first quarterly report includes the description of the method for producing stoichiometric, well-oriented and insulating thick films of CdS by vacuum co-evaporation, discusses the structural hexagonality of the produced CdS films and describes the experimental analysis of piezoelectric resonances.
