THE LEVEL OF IRON IN THE BLOOD AND LIVER OF RODENTS WITH DIVERSE INFECTIOUS SENSITIVITY TO PLAGUE

Abstract

In rodents which are comparatively midly sensitive to plague the ability to deposit iron in the liver is greater than the rodents which are highly sensitive. At the same time, the index of the relationship of iron in the blood to iron in the liver in highly sensitive rodents is greater than in midly sensitive rodents.
