PREVENTIVE DENTISTRY: SYLLABUS.

Abstract

The objective of the syllabus is to create a greater awareness of the need for practicing practical prevention through clinical dentistry; through greater utilization of public health measures; education of dentists, patients, commanders, parents and children to their responsibilities in the prevention of oral diseases. The material is designed to assist and guide dentists who are responsible for developing programs of preventive dentistry. Included are outlines and bibliographies for lectures, conferences and discussions that may be used by preventive dentistry officers in the education of dentist, patient, commanders, and auxiliary dental health workers.
