RADIATION PHENOMENA IN ION CRYSTALS,

Abstract

Research at the Physics Institute of the Latvian Academy of Sciences in the following areas is summarized: (1) energy transmission processes for basic substance to impurity and structural defects; (2) electric charge transmission processes in crystals; (3) microstructure of impurity centers and its change under the effect of radiation; (4) energy accumulation processes and creation of radiation defects.
